Bio

I am studying to be a master herbalist/holistic health practitioner...possibly adding nutritional consultant to the list. I belong to the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism). I'm a stay at home mom, VERY happily married and have 3 incredible daughters. I've started this journal to help me with my 75 pound + weight loss journey. One of my best friends has her journal here, and she really motivates me. Lets see if I can be consistant here. Wish me luck!
